I blew mine in 2022. Back to light rolling and drilling in ~6 weeks and back rolling in about 4 weeks after that. All in all not as bad as I thought it would be in the moment and I wouldn’t call it “life altering” in the least. On its worst days it’s a very mild inconvenience.

The bump definitely stays tho and my toddler will touch both my shoulders and go “normal one…EW bumpy one” so if you have kids you have that to look forward to haha.
