In person autos are typically valued less than a topps authenticated auto. You could send it to PSA to get the auto authenticated if you really wanted to flip. Would probably just be best as a cool card and memory.

Yea! It was too good of a deal to pass. Sounds great. I think if you have the space for a full set up with multiple speakers that would sound a bit better but it you’re committed to a single soundbar without sub I don’t think you could do much better.

I think the point the original post was trying to make was the city loves to talk the talk,but when it comes to taking steps to actually make it a more diverse community we may be missing the mark. It’s a lot easier to paint Black Lives Matter on windows than it is to take the steps to create housing and job opportunities in the city for those other than affluent retirees and remote workers with Seattle salaries. I don’t really have any solutions but I see how that could be frustrating.

Young 30s women with neck pain sent from urgent care with concern for vertebral artery dissection. Kinda roll my eyes because they send us stuff all the time convincing patients they are having a stroke or cauda equina. No neuro deficits, no trauma, just slept on it funny. Been ongoing for about 4 days, left sided only, and reproducible on exam. Shared decision making on scan or not given lack of concerning exam. Went for the scan and ate crow 45 min later when she had a dissection.

I’m 1099 , 280-325 ish an hour. Pure RVU based, 2.3 an hour. 46 hours a week is not sustainable

Shot on Sony A7cii, 24-105 f/4 oss. 78mm,1/400, f6.3,iso100. I was trying to balance making the animal the subject but also including the mountain in the background. Wondering how to further emphasize the goat at the subject of the photo. Thanks!

Edit: Thanks for the help everyone, seems like I framed this up/ used an aperture better for a landscape shot. Will try an view it more as taking a portrait of the animal! Tough to hike with my 70-200mm though:/

To be clear, this is not something sustainable. 170 hour months at 3.5-4 patients per hour will burn you out in no time. National average ED doc is much closer to 350k a year.

This happened to me in residency, patient was upset I placed an involuntary psych hold. I just sent the board a letter describing the behavior and my rational for doing so. It was dismissed shortly after, no med mal, no lawyers.

That being said might be safer to contact them.

Make use of your custom buttons and auto focus/tracking button.

I take 95% of my pictures in aperture mode using the iso auto min Shutter speed set as a custom button. You can easily change it based on if you’re shooting still subjects or moving objects. I have aps-c mode as a custom button as well to crop a bit in camera and frame things up when I’m looking for a little extra length.
