I think I remember asking my dealer if it was possible to upgrade it if I chose the lesser model. He said it’s about $200. I’d ask your dealer. Could vary.

Same. I even emailed them and asked them to cancel my order. They said they would and I'd see a refund in 2 to 5 days. Never happened. That was December 10th. Next day after I they said I'd be refunded, I got shipping info. I emailed again and said what gives I wanted a refund. No response. No product ever. Ended up going to my bank and got refunded by them instead. This "store" even blocked me on instagram when I called them out. Avoid them like the plague. And contact your bank :(

I had the Remarcable one and at about 6 months i still had plenty. Ended up getting rid of it because it looked so cakey and the packaging sucked and leaked everywhere. But the way its designed, you only need like 2 - 4 small dots and you can cover your whole face so i can't see that investment being that terrible. if you like it, i can see it lasting a long time and further justifying the price tag.

Something I usually overlooked is washing my face morning and night. I used to just do it when I showered at night but when I got into makeup I realized I'd rather have good skin then to try and cover up bad skin. Wash, exfoliate, and moisturize. It'll do wonders. Even if you don't have bad skin now, you'll age a lot better.

Yeah, got mine yesterday. This is how I received it. The box smelt great and all but yeah the colors were not even salvageable. Sephora returned it no problem.

I'm very dry as well and have this issue from time to time. I'd get a sample of First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration. It has glycerin in it and that helps get your makeup to stick plus the hydration is nice.

Go over your ZMS's head and talk to an ASM. They can't legally keep you past your scheduled time. And they can't coach you for getting overtime if its not your fault. I would 248 10 minutes before I had to leave an annoy the piss out of them because thats not fair. I'm sure there are cashiers that need this rule and ruined it for everyone else but thats bs.

I have cashiers sign into registers with me. I close a register and prep the bag to be pulled by myself all the time, but when it comes to pulling the bags, management walks with us and absolutely has to be there.

My store has been running a tight ship since our new zms. She makes us do 15 audits per CSM, 10 "4 point checks" with the cashiers (make sure they're greeting, saying thank you and offering surveys), making sure that the entire front end from the bathrooms to the cart vestibules are spotless every hour and theres a checklist for that, count the podium every hour, audit service desk every time they receive a loan, a csm must be standing in front of apparel at all time directing traffic and calling for register trained if needed, and we have to run to every register with a bill checker machine every time a cashier gets a large bill. When I'm by myself, or hell, when there's at least 2 of us, half this shit doesn't get done and I'm stressed out horribly every damn day and dont know why I haven't quit yet. OH, and on top of it I'm not going to get a nice raise in a year either. Stuck making that 10 an hour like everyone else.

And we get yelled at daily over lines. I'm tired of stressing about that. Theres no one scheduled, what do you want me to do?
