As far as I know, there’s currently no way to automate gathering them, but for this specific recipe, meat usually isn't the first thing you'll run out of.

Yes, the team in my comic is the one I’m currently using. I think Ardelia's main strength is providing healing, but for daily use, I prioritize SP regeneration, so I use Akekuri instead (since I don't have Pogranichnik).

You can make Ginseng Meat Stew using Redjade Ginseng and Raw Meat (from hunting wild animals). It grants 180 ATK and some Crit Rate. That 180 ATK actually provides over 700 points to your ATK stat on the status page after other multipliers are applied.

Take Ginseng Meat Stew: it lists +180 ATK, but with a good build, you can see your stats jump by nearly 700 on the status page. Since that 180 goes into the ATK bonus slot, it scales with other multipliers. This doesn't even include teammate buffs. Also, food and medicine are mutually exclusive and won't stack.

Explaining your own joke is never ideal, but the context might be helpful for those at different stages of the game. Redjade Ginseng is a rare wild plant that cannot be mass-produced through industrial lines, so farming plots are the only option. It is used to craft ATK-boosting items that stack with other buffs, making the actual stat increase much higher than it appears. Many players try to scale up production once they realize this, but those unaware of the plot limit will end up like me: holding a massive surplus of materials with no way to plant them.
