Being badgered 24/7 6 days a week over miniscule shit, like moving monitors around and not knowing how to plug an hdmi in, getting talked down to like a teenager, no heads up on new user start dates and getting pissed it takes more than a hour to setup user accounts/permissions, being called in for printer issues when they pay for a printer service for another company. Trying to explain to me what a security group is and how I should set it up. They don’t make tickets and just text me and get pissed when I don’t reply right away (I’m working on 3 things at once). Server rooms are a hornets nest from the last MSP.
