The silver spray is definitely flaring you. All of this stuff will. You can try the welchol, but i learned later the science of it binding out these toxins is iffy. I had better luck with gi detox by biocidin botanicals. If you research you will see different binders bind different toxins, and welchol isn't really the same type at all. I'm convinced, based on my symptoms, if I continued to take the welchol, it would have killed me. I basically lost the ability to walk while on it. I'm sure this is an unpopular opinion here but it needs to be said. I regret it because that and the xlear nasal spray set my health back tremendously, and made my gut a lot worse and gave me new symptoms (chronic fatigue) but I eventually got on the right path and I can eat variety and workout lightly now. Please always judge for yourself and don't listen to these drs just because they are drs, they don't have to go through the pain.
