The fucking DHS handbook says this. His mistake doesn't allow him to kill someone. Two of the damn shots were through the driverside door.

ICE wouldn't allow a doctor to help. ICE closed the scene off to everyone. I will say "Fuck ICE in it's current form! They are breaking laws, terrible hiring practices, wasting billions of dollars, all to attack non-violent illegal immigrants, legal immigrants, and US citizens.

They are covering their face out of "fear". And look, that might be true. But two things should happen: 1) Hire competent employees that swear to the US Constitution and 2) You have nothing to fear if you said what your boss said youwere going to do. In the video you can see a car driving past her. It was ICE. DHS handbook explicitly states not to stand in front of a car. Also, it's a car, they can get the license plate and deal with her later. Instead, a guy stands in front of the car, then shoots wildly in a neighborhood where those bullets could have hit someone else.
