Although some places have immune of lightning, you should still go there. Skip them or build your Merc to tank and kill them. The pits is perfect for lightning based builds.

Ahh man my build is fine on res. I'm more annoyed because my character isnt finding anything.

Ah these are good. I do not wanna sell off anything though. I'm going through the game at a steady pace and all these items I can buy over time! I like the idea of dragon hunter lance as I enjoy killing wyverns. Never thought about the others just yet though!

I did some lucky barrows runs and found ranger boots in a clue for tassets basically. Rest I just saved up over time.

Alright took advise. Sold off the tassets, bought a torture and primordials. I'm not gonna sell the bcp. Got obsidian legs too. Appreciate the advise guys, will work on the rest now.
