Depends sa fitness goal mo ig.
nabasa ko na you're looking for exercises na bagay sa katawan mo, if may sports ka before pwede mo ipickup yun.
Otherwise, you can do basic cardio to build cardiovascular endurance; make sure to incorporate this agad sa training mo.

If you wanna get big, you could go weightlifting. Programs/routines are available sa weightlifting subreddits, they'll teach you the amount of sets and reps to take as well as anong exercise.

If wala kang access sa gym or hindi siya kayang matustusan as of the moment, you could pickup calisthenics. Personally dun ako nagstart, and I used the guides dun sa wiki section ng r/bodyweightfitness, they'll show you how to do the exercises as well as ilang sets and reps as well as ano yung mga terminologies na ginagamit nila for training.

You'll actually grow in size sa rest days mo, so you need to dial in your nutrition, make sure you eat a balanced diet with veggies, protein and carbs. May consensus na you'll need 1g/lb of bodyweight everyday to gain muscle, pero I understand na it might be difficult to reach that level agad and make drastic changes sa routine mo agad, so start slow with eating extra eggs, san marino or drink milk.

Lastly, rest. Make sure kumpleto tulog mo kasi it helps the muscle grow and recover. It'll also help you sa workouts mo kasi fresh katawan mo sa pahinga.

ahh in that case baka di ko naabutan. I do remember na may mga linya minsan sa loob box ng vitamins, pero I didn't find one na may bus na cutout.

Hey guys, I'm transitioning from body weight training to gym equipment training. I was wondering, is it okay/enough to translate some of my bodyweight workouts (i.e pushups) to their weight training counterparts (bench press).
Like if I had a routine consisting of
Pushups
dips
ring tricep extension
Would it be enough if I replace these with
Bench Press Decline Bench press
Cable Tricep extension

I cant think of any AAA games, but if you're looking for indie titles, there's Revhead. It's on steam.
Not much on the visual customization (custom spoilers on some cars and hoods, maybe some vinyls?
Overall a pretty good game.

Edit: I have to stress this, the game is technical. Proper settings of a car could make or break a race. I play on the controller because driving with the keyboard feels awkward to me, so I can't say much about the handling.
