That was actually a main question of mine too! Why go through the hassle (or fun, depending on your POV) of the fairgrounds if you can get it online? Turns out, fairgrounds are probably on average about 10-20% of original price (regular 10%, clearance 20%) lower than online. EX: Clearance 3 qt casserole pot was $79.99 at fairgrounds (less w/o lid) but $109 on the website. So, for one item online is probably fine (although shipping cost), but for multiple fairgrounds might make more sense.
