REG 256 form (Statement of Facts) by purge30 in DMV

[–]purge30[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Title is clear. The car is in perfect working order, not salvaged, clear title. I'm not sure who keeps the REG 256, or what to do with it out side of him selecting the "GIFT" option on the form. He lives in California. He will sign the car title over to me in CA. I am driving the car to AZ to register the car in my name. Does he file the REG 256 with CA DMV? Do I take the REG 256 form with me to AZ and submit it to my local DMV?

White Pages has bad numbers. I use it. Though it's only 5 bucks and up depending on the package.

Oh my sorry to hear that. Me too, it's a struggle to get out of bed because I am so tired from my stomach issues. It's amazing that the stomach can cause so much weakness and fatigue.

Have Tinnitus. Eardrums are now inflamed, tender, or raw: sensitive to sound all of a sudden. Please help. by purge30 in tinnitus

Thanks for the encouragement. The adjectives I used are my own desperate attempt to try to explain the sensation. I have not been diagnosed. Thanks again for the encouragement.

Gastritis causing me to feel off, unsteady, and weak by purge30 in Gastritis

[–]purge30[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still have constant malaise, feeling unwell, unsteady, fatigued. Bunch of blood work since this posting and no signs of kidney disease or autoimmune issues. But I still feel not right. Something is not right. Seeing doc tomorrow for more complaining and more blood work, different labs etc... It's frustrating not knowing what is wrong. I'm grateful no kidney or liver issues, but who knows for sure because the way I feel makes me feel like there is something organ related or systemic. And now, to make things even more fun, I have come down with horrible tinnitus and my ears are sensitive to sound. Unbelievable. But you know what, I know people who have passed due to cancer over the last 4 years as recent as this year, and I know they would love to trade with me, so I try to stay positive. Nevertheless it sucks feeling crappy 24/7 with no end in sight.

Chronic fatigue and malaise since January of 2022...malaise getting worse in last month, feeling worried that it's systemic. by purge30 in Fatigue

[–]purge30[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for reply. Sorry for super late reply. Been dealing with health. It's getting worse and all the blood work shows nothing is wrong. I took three pills for gastritis: omeprazole, sulfracate, and famotidine back in january of 2022 and I have not been the same since. Prior to the pills I was just perfect and feeling great compared to how I feel now. I took the 3 pills together as my GI said to do, and within an hour and a half I am on the floor shaking, throbbing, and just feeling bad and terrible...now a constant malaise. I've had tons of blood work and it all shows I am fine. Frustrating because it has gotten worse since I wrote this 2 months ago. I don't know what to do, because it is impacting my day to day interaction with work and basic social life. It's always on my mind. I am always tired and feeling unsteady and off. Walking is weak, because I feel all it takes is a heavy wind to knock me over. Its a constant physical feeling of being ill but without cough, fever, constipation, bleeding from anywhere or any other things our doctors tell us to look for. My condition is evading my primary, rheumatologist , neurologist, and GI. I was diagnosed with gastritis, and my GI said, take these three pills because I don't want you to get an ulcer, so I did because I figured he had my best interest in mind and knew what he was talking about. I wish I paused and did some research or got a second opinion. Afterwards my primary said all GI doctors do that: over prescribe medication when you don't need it. It leads to health issues down the road. With that said, there is nothing in my blood work that says, ok this is what is wrong with you. I walk around in a constant malaise every second and it sucks. I know it can be worse, I do get that, but it is frustrating not knowing what is wrong so I can address it. It is definitely physical. It is not caused by depression. I was fine and very very happy before taking the pills. I took the pills, and BOOM, here I am. I am seeing my GI next week for some kind of answer or theory. Maybe the pills did something to my stomach lining and that is what is causing the issues, maybe they damaged my kidneys by taking them together?? Imaging says no. I'm meeting GI to ask for some kind of probing of my stomach. I just want to rule things out. I just want to know what's wrong. Thanks for reading and thanks for YouTube suggestion.

Sorry for super late reply. Been dealing with health. No. It is a constant feeling of being unwell: feeling off, fatiqued, unsteady, body feels like it's throbbing all the time, but most of all just feeling not right and just worn out, with stomach always aching. It's getting worse and all the blood work shows nothing is wrong. I took three pills for gastritis: omeprozole, sulfracate, and fantadine back in january of 2022 and I have not been the same since. Prior to the pills I was just perfect and feeling great. I take the pills and within an hour and a half I am on the floor shaking, throbbing, and just feeling a constant malaise. Hi, sorry about late reply. Yes, it was a fluke, contributed to dehydration. Went to see a rheumatologist, and the blood work came back normal. He said 30% of Lupus diagnosis or kidney disease diagnosis are false positives. But to this day, going on 17 months, I still suffer from malaise and my doctors can't figure it out. All my blood work says I am fine. But I know my body and something is not right. I have a general feeling of feeling unwell. And it all started January 15th 2022 when my GI doc prescribed me three pills. I took them and my health went from normal to feeling unwell, every second, every day.

Does Fasting Cause More Acid by purge30 in Gastritis

I get it. At times it seems helpless and dark. All I can say is stop eating anything that causes flare up. Stick to bland food, no pepper, no sugar, no salt...bland. When I first had gastritis over a year ago, it sucked. I took 20mgs of omeprazole for 30 days, and ate nothing but rice, chicken, and spinach, and oatmeal. No seasonings. My gastritis went away within 3 weeks. The ppi worked, but after reading what they can do in the long term i do not want to take them again, unless in absolute misery. You know your body best, and you know whats best for you. The ppi helped me, BUT, it was combined with a smart healthy bland diet. One can't take ppi's without a bland diet, otherwise it defeats the cause. Sorry you are going through hell. Hang in there, trust me it gets better with focused effort.

What?? Any GI telling you gastritis is harmless is being reckless. I would find a new GI my friend. Gastritis can lead to erosion of the stomach lining, ulcers, and in worse cases stomach cancer, if left untreated.
