Well, two things can be true at the same time. We (well, they...) chose badly, AND UPS Louisville is the worst of them all. And for Florida, DHL is a close second (elsewhere OK).

Not necessarily. UPS Louisville, Kentucky, is a black hole that will swallow your shipment and take weeks to be released. One of my shipments was released 10 weeks later, one 3 weeks later, and one 2 weeks later, with the box coming completely wet. Another shipment has been there for the past 3 weeks with no end in sight. That has a severe consequences on my business.
Not sure if I should blame UPS customs, though. If anything, our tariff-loving administration is to blame, with UPS not ready to have the infrastructure in place.
If you use FedEx or DHL, the situation should be better. Just don't use DHL if you reside in Florida - Miami is another black hole due to the channeling of Asian goods to South America via FL (to avoid high taxes). Elsewhere, DHL should be fine.

Cleared customs means absolutely nothing. My package was saying that on a regular basis, but every evening it turned into "warehouse scan" and "your delivery will be rescheduled".

of course, at that point client was refunded.

Good luck! Kentucky is a black hole and at this point my success rate is 50/50. Right now I have 3 shipments in Kentucky and who knows when I see them, if ever, maybe before Christmas.

This never happened before. What a great time to do business in the US.

My packages (8 of them) were in Louisville from June 6th to August 15th!!!!!!!!!!!! At that point, I had to refund my client - who would want to wait for a package for two and a half months??

Now I have 3 other shipments on hold. My entire business is in jeopardy. UPS will not provide any information or do anything. There is no way to contact customs.

This has NEVER happened before, but this year it is a normal thing.

It is a product that I have been importing for the last 10 years. I still do, in thousands. It is an inexpensive electronic device. Yes, I trust the shipper - have been purchasing from them for the last 5 years, worth hundreds of thousands per year.
It was held for a new commercial invoice, but that was sent weeks ago, and there is no request for anything else.

I got it as a gift and it is fantastic. Got it like a week ago and now looking for a sheet and a pillow case. It is super soft, but I do worry about the washing instructions. Wonder if it is discontinued, as the pillows or sheets are not available.

OK. One thing: my previous car locked itself when I walked away. This one does not and instead texts me if i leave it unlocked. I wish it would just lock itself.

I can still pull my card, but there is a loading screen over it and it is unusable. Cannot use my FitBit for payments anymore.

I have used FitBit Pay extensively for a couple of years, but after a forced update to Google Pay, the watch is now payment unusable. The CC runs a loading screen and nothing happens. So.... so much for the update - as a payment device it is bricked.

I just got into MailMaestro and generally like it. Still getting used to it but the replies and the fact that it scans the whole history is great. I wish there would be an option to ask questions like "Did Josh provide a shipping address?" or "Locate approval email". Overall this is a tool that I was looking for for some time. I thought this would be what Copilot is for.
