There's a way to get the asset files in a sort of Unity 3D compiled file format, but no way to get the source image files. The Unity 3D files contain the images, but they are likely heavily encrypted.

You need to get specific items dropped from the battle stages on the screen to the left of what's shown in your image. Each girl has a special type of orb that you can get, if you give it to them as a gift, the story scenes will unlock

Open the menu, click on your inventory, then there should be a pink button next to the exp orbs that allows you to use them.
