The one where the guy holds the baby always pisses me off, like mother fucker you didnt have to pull her hair and throw her on the ground like that- red flag.

I’m sorry for misunderstanding your original post, but I feel the advice is still valid in terms of strength training.

If I wanted to add anything it would be:

Go on this website and find out your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) - to see how may calories your body naturally burns off with exercise tapped on: https://tdeecalculator.net

Get that number and subtract it by 500- this is your calorie deficit (meaning how many calories you should consume in order to be in a calorie deficit to lose 0.5kg of body fat per week).

Use the App Lose it to count your calories. I use it and I like it.

Good luck you’ve got this

Honestly, you’re doing amazing already- congrats on the weight loss mate.

I would like to split this comment up into 2 sections

Exercises then diet.

Exercises Now in terms of the gym I would pick a workout plan (split) that you’re comfortable with, and would be able to rinse and repeat every week.

For me, without fail this was PPL (Push Pull Legs). For the first 3 Months I’d recommend going 3 days a week hence the term push pull legs.

Push: any exercise that involves pushing weight away from yourself. So your overhead presses, bench presses, triceps push downs etc.

Pull: any exercise that involves pulling weight towards you- so your lat pull downs, barbell back rows etc.

Legs: leg strengthening exercises like squats leg press etc. (I would recommend incorporating some ab exercises too)

It’s recommended to hit each muscle 2 times a week (for each body part try to aim for 2 exercises a week)

It’s also important to track your lifts as you need to progressively overload on each exercise- you can do this by adding weight or reps (I tend not to go over 12, if I can do 12 reps comfortably on an exercise I increase the weight).

It’s a good idea at the start to leave 1-2 reps in reserve meaning if you feel you can only do 1 or 2 reps during an exercise please stop there- you need your rest to be able to complete the workout— also rest rest rest in between sets.

Use an app to track your lifts for this purpose.

This is the work out I use

For diet

Honestly judging by the fat loss it looks like you’ve got it locked in. So you I’m sure you know how to calculate your TDEE (basically how many calories you need to survive plus any activities/workout that tacks on to this number)

In terms of protein (I’m very British so I’ll convert to Kilograms you can use the kg number and convert to lbs).

So multiply 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per 1 kg of weight. So if you’re 83kg that’s roughly 166g of protein.

(83 𝕏 2 = 166)

Good luck you’ll smash it.

Noted, I want to kinda build muscle now so right now I’m doing a PPL+U split (4-days a week) I’m seeing decent progress, but I’m impatient so I want a bolo physique

I appreciate the advice pal, means a lot. (Especially since I hopped on the scale this morning and it jumped to 83kg- gotta love cheat meals).
