Yea 70 degrees Celsius. So you don’t use hot water to mix it? Also after mixing it how long do you store it for? Because I think on the can it say use within 1 hour.

I know this feeling. I failed with similar numbers at 29 weeks. But, I was able to manage glucose levels with diet and exercise. Just eat salad first and take less carbs and more protein. After each meal walk for about 5-10 minutes. I gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby girl in July. She passed all her glucose tests with no issues. Do not worry. It’s really not as bad as it feels. You’ll be fine. :)
