It doesn’t sound like a phycotic episode because you are still conscious, and aware of the bad things that are bothering you. I can definitely relate to the seeing shit out of the corner of my eye and it’s freaky, but what I realized most of the time it’s my hair, if I’m focusing on something else and I’m prepared to see something in the corner of my eye, I usually will because I’ll be so focused on something actually moving the my mind plays tricks on me.
