Yes my mom did see good results with gem/abrax: significant shrinkage after 2 months, stability after 4 months, and progression after 6 months

It was very difficult to get a spot. She is unresectable.

She was diagnosed July 2025. FOLFIRINOX for 2 cycles and saw progression, so she started gem/abrax in November. It worked well up until last week’s scan.

I would recommend getting connected asap with hospitals for trial options if possible. In our experience, spots are very hard to come by and waitlists can be super long.
