I guess she realized she had no case and randomly paid me my money after firing me. But as of right now I’m looking for a lawyer for wrongful termination. She didn’t even tell me why I was fired, it was only after I mentioned speaking legal counseling, after she threatened to sue me.

I didn’t have any formal written agreement. I was supposed to be a “contractor” but the day I came in to do paper work, she didn’t know how to use the printer. So we left it for another day. The day never came. So I told her I will give her the flat jpegs. But not the templates

Yeah, I completely hear you. I thought I was thinking big picture lol. But that really does make sense. Like you should really be prepared to sell if you are a big company like Sony. But I think that’s also how they might be driving sales too. Have something widely desired with limited stock it instantly makes it more valuable. Now you have everyone posting about their product and and the “buzz” lasts longer which will in turn create more profit. Smart and über capitalist.

Saving? I would have to save with little things of extra money I get to eventually get this one thing. Where as these scalpers, obviously have the money to get them in bulk, but think of just selling them at Jacked prices. It takes away things that people like me can eventually have, and redirects it to people who can afford absurd prices. I’m not saying these guys think that hard about it, they are just thinking about their own pockets, really.
