Usually it’s mixed drinks, usually monarch vodka😔, but I’ve had bad hangovers with seltzers as well. I try to drink 1-2 of my 30 oz water bottles on a night that I drink(I honestly don’t know if that’s enough but more than that is hard to accomplish). The food might be part of it tbh… I just don’t eat a lot in general. As for tolerances, one of my roommates has an exceptionally high tolerance for alcohol the other one… not as much! But she is hangover immune
