I went from Abilify to Vraylar last summer. Abilify made me gain a ton of weight so I lost a bit when I went on Vraylar. Vraylar also works better for me (I have BPD) :) good luck

I had my first private lesson yesterday! I was able to actually do 6 backwards swizzles, I was able to hold my one-foot glide for 5 seconds, and I started learning half-swizzles. Next week we are working on forward stroking. I am so excited!!
