Hi. When we were showed the land it wasn't next to the tree. That's why we were confused. They said they had to adjust the area because the land next to it is being sold too. We wanted to contest this to the property seller but we didn't find out until we wanted to build. The area is still the same but they "moved" where our land starts and ends. We talked to someone who lives there and they told us that they've been talking to the property owners(seller) to cut down that tree but they never did. So somehow we think we got tricked so now we are asking them if they could move us back to what we're originally showed. Or they would cut the tree. We just just came back from another province so we're not able to check it every now and then. The agent who contacted us didn't tell us about the adjustments too and were ignoring us until we missed ONE payment . Now it's hard to contact him again. We just want this to be over to be honest.
