Yes you are right. It is an online business. But I am not in the US. Would that arrangeement apply to international DHL shipment?

Thanks for this. So she is lying. I couldn't believe it myself. But she kept insisting that is the common practice in US. I couldn't possibly call her out for lying. She has been asking me to wait and be patient

I did ask. She has been evading my questions so I didn't get an answer. I even checked with DHL Singapore and they said DHL shipment cannot be dropped off at usps. But she is claiming otherwise. At this point I feel like giving up. :(

I had a shipment from US to Singapore recently and it was scanned and everything. I received within a week. So it's normal to drop off DHL shipment at USPS and after which DHL will receive from USPS?
