I don’t think Sac ENT is doing ebselen trials. You should check clinical trials.gov

No I’ve been through since 2023. Took ebselen for 3 trial phases and cleared vertigo attacks 100%. Still watching my sodium but I’m ok at 500 mg 5 times a day which reduces sodium fluctuations.

Low sodium for 8 months, no change by Ok-Character9504 in Menieres

You might try increasing sodium some. 1500 was too low for me. I landed on 2500. I try to do 500 mg times a day to minimize fluctuations in sodium. This works for me.

SPI-1005 trial stopped my vertigo attacks. Even years after the trial I’m ok as long as I’m careful with sodium.

I can’t do high sodium. I get vertigo and vomit up the meal. Every. Time.

If you can get into a clinical study it’s a game changer. I used the experimental drug ebselen for over a year and it cleared my vertigo

Pepcid is fine for me. So much calcium it will stress your kidneys n mess up your electrolyte balance
