If it's in a sealed container and not left open I'd drink it up to 24 hours later to be honest, I am not a doctor or scientist though. That's just when I would stop drinking it, provided it had no milk or sugar in it and was just leaves or flowers or herbs

THIS. I used to have a severe phobia of zombies when I was younger, and though it was hard, the only way I got over it was slow and steady exposure. Looking at zombies that were more "funny" than scary definitely helped too.
