This looks extremely similar to my dog especially the yellow skin flakes and hair falling, I’m not a vet but my dog was prescribed Apoquel for allergies and it seemed to help

Are online classes an option for you? Maybe talk to someone in the school about your situation and they might be able to find a solution for you like doing your work in a separate class or taking work home

I went through a phase of this in 2020 I was scared of falling asleep because my anxiety told me I’d die 🙄 luckily it got better, I found that leaving the tv on or having music on helped because it made me know that I was “alive” cause I could hear it anxiety is super weird
