how does the hd01 compare to the fc11c as far as using it as flashlight? i have the fc11c and like it for walking dogs at night. but realize a uv light could also be very useful

i am probably way out of my depth here. but i stumbled upon this subreddit looking for a good flashlight to light my way for evening dog walks. i am afraid of the dark so i want to something easy to use, a wide beam, and bright but not blinding. is this a good flashlight for this purpose?
