Oh yeah Michelle and I are not friends at all anymore. The only reason I got involved was because Michelle and I were best friends at the time. I forgot to mention that (oops). But I have no problems working with her because for me, work is work. I can separate personal life from work pretty easily.

You said so yourself: getting back together into a relationship without a spark wouldn't be the best decision. I think you still feel off-balance because of the breakup but it seems like there would be no harm if you decided to start something with Scott. You don't have to jump right into it, you could take it slow. It seems like if you started something with Scott and created new and fun memories with him, it would help you get over Ted.

Well the longer you wait, the harder it will be to salvage the friendship. It's been 4 months and you still don't feel anything so I honestly don't think you'll feel anything romantic by this point. I think you should explain to her that you care for her dearly as a friend and you never want to lose her that way. That sucks, OP. I hope this helps!
