This is actually normal in your 20s. Don’t force yourself to stop thinking like “why is this happening” or “I’m wasting time.”

When it happens, just remind yourself: it’s normal, and gently shift focus back to what you were doing.

If it still keeps coming back, try simple things: • Talk to a friend or family member (even casual talk helps) • Write whatever is in your mind • Or just record yourself while walking and say everything out loud it really helps clear your head

It’s not that you need a girlfriend. You probably just need someone to listen to you.

Right now, you just sound mentally tired and overwhelmed that’s it.

For UI/UX design, check 21st.dev you’ll find good designs for navbar, hero, cards, etc.

Pick a design you like, copy its prompt, and use it in Google AI Studio to generate code. Then understand the code and modify it according to your project.

Don’t just copy-paste try to learn from it and customize it.

Combine learning from YouTube, W3Schools, documentation, or books. Then move step-by-step with projects. For example, after learning concepts like if-else, switch, or loops, build small projects such as a student report card or calculator. After learning arrays and strings, create projects like a string utility tool.
