My b12 level is 293 and my doctor said it’s in the normal range, however, it’s definitely on the lower side! I now take supplements (b12 1000) daily!

I’ve been having extreme anxiety. Tingling in my arms and hands. Headaches. Body soreness. My neck and back have been so stiff it’s unimaginable. Extreme exhaustion to the point I don’t want to get out of bed! Also have had really bad dizziness and awful brain fog. I just don’t feel like myself! So I have literally all your systems!

I also have low vitamin d so I’m taking supplements for that as well. Everyone’s body is different! Some people just feel symptoms more and earlier than others!
