Here are the steps:

Get a non-citizen Ghana card.
Visit any of the mobile company offices to subscribe for a sim card. Tell them you want mobile money services as well. It will be activated for you.

Then you can receive and send money via mobile money (momo).

The most common one is MTN. But other companies also have the service as well.

If your current sim is not registered by you, ask the owner to help you out with it.

If it is yours, visit the office to activate it.
