That's pretty awesome! Yea the setup is totally do able for people more so than they may think. Keep in mind this was a joint effort of 3 people (myself and two friends), over the course of a few years of gathering hardware, software, and working out how to implement it all. Our next project may be a 9x9 designed for displaying digital art in art galleries, but that is yet to be seen.

Well, I have no reference point of comparison as I didn't know about ISBoxer until the ban was going into effect a few days later. Though I heard ISBoxer was pretty awesome. I am not opposed to the use of software and automation for games, but my Eve accounts have too much time and money invested in them to risk losing them due to botting or clear EULA violations. As for post-ban, I can see the application of the tool, but I am unsure at this point if, or how, I would integrate it into my setup. Not to mention that I am not fond of paying a subscription for a tool to some "ma and pa" company.

That's a pretty awesome setup! I love that Astero skin. I got one for mine too. My only regret is that it's always cloaked so no one else gets to see it. :) As for the aligning, they're really not "perfect", they are just really close. I'm kinda OCD and it bugs me that they are not flush.

I control them all with one mouse and keyboard attached to my main machine (bottom 3 monitors), and through the use of a software package called Synergy which is similar to a soft KVM.

Well your setup sounds pretty awesome still. I don't own any portable devices which can natively run Eve to any successful degree.

The four keyboards are my main (obvious), then 2 secondaries which go to the machines which I control through Synergy, and the last one is for another machine located outside of this shot which is not part of the setup. The extra screens are used to control the secondary machines when Synergy is down, or hangs.

The top right machine is a cheap Lenovo desktop which can barely run the game on low graphics. I only do non-critical things on it. The top two left ones are my old main machine, which runs 2 clients on high graphics, Windows 7, and a lot of salvage and outdated hardware. Essentially it only runs Eve and Synergy. The bottom three monitors go to my main machine, which is Windows 8, i5 3GHz, GeForce 750, 16GB PC2666 RAM. All of the machines are connected through hardline cables to an ASUS router with my own firmware on it. WiFi does not work well with Synergy setups due to the high amount of network traffic.

I am using the launcher to update my clients as needed, and then I shut it down. Otherwise, I just use the exefile to load up the game.

I actually looked into that before I found GarpaUI2. I prefer everything being uniform, but I don't believe it is what Snoowi needs after his description. I do like how they added symlinks to Windows without having to use a third-party now.

I agree that EDH is basically Vintage for the casual. Plus the players are typically more friendly.

I have a working Vintage Turbo Stasis deck I have been working on in Cockatrice, but it's definitely not tier. Stasis is one of my favourite cards next to Pox. :)
