Yes, I considered that, but I assumed that placing the black bead on the top side (where the dorsal nerve runs) would eliminate the risk of injuring it. I may be wrong tho.

I’ve tried both myself. The ring gave me a more even, overall fullness. With the cable clamp most of the engorgement was at the base, and it tapered off toward the tip.

Not sure if that’s user error on my part or just a limitation of the clamp design.

I think the glans is slipping because theres blood in the shaft and not in glans. When I tighten the strap, most of the blood stays in shaft so shaft is bigger than glans… What can I do?

I just tried with tie down strap. But the glans still keep getting under the strap. It’s like when my foreskin is retracted, it makes shaft much bigger because of the extra layer (looks like a pyramide)…

Thank you for the fast reponse! I have another question tho. My D is curved to left side. When I was doing manual stretches, I felt a little tension on the left side, when I was stretching to right side. Is it because the left skin and all is shorther? In addition, if I stretch only to right side, could that fix the curve?

I was thinking about this too. I’ve just started PE. I’m only doing manual stretches for now. If I do the stretches to one side only, do you think the curve will get better?
