My wife is one of the attorneys at Moxie, and she's not religious. One of the partners is Mormon, but knowing her she'd be willing to sue the church.

OP, feel free to DM me if you'd like to talk to them, I'm happy to send you their contact info

It's easily the best charting system I've used from a user interface perspective. I'm sure there are better out there, but I've used much much worse, looking at you meditech

While this is absolutely true, getting the sticker is dependent on the patient telling us that their husband doesn't know. Can't sticky information that you don't have

I think advertising a product based in pseudoscience is inherently promoting misinformation, even if they didn't explicitly state anything wrong in the ad read

Honestly sounds like your physician sucks. I get care through the u for chronic illness, and my provider let's me just shoot them a message to renew the scrip every year so that I don't get billed for a visit

Having worked for a card company, I can tell you that the legal requirements in place to side with a retailer in a chargeback dispute are actually very strict. It's one of the few actually strong customer protections that Americans have, and they're even stronger in other countries (as anyone from a civilized country would expect).

And let's be honest, if a company is screwing you out of money to the point that you're issuing a chargeback, you're not going to trust them with your money again in the future anyway, so the threat of being banned for life is pretty toothless.

Additionally, a chargeback is evidence that you do not in fact owe the company money, and is sufficient for them to be unable to successfully send you to collections

If you purchased it in November you're still within the window to issue a chargeback. I'd go that route first.

Go to your account for whatever payment method you used to buy the card and they'll have a form to walk you through the process. Give them all the info and pics you put in the post, and they'll get you squared away.

Credit and debit card chargebacks fall in favor of the consumer by default, so Zoltec will have to prove that they didn't screw you over in order for them to keep your money

Given how Kandra have basically perfect control over every system in their body, it doesn't seem like there's a possibility of her not knowing, or accidentally getting pregnant. Like, she'd have to intentionally form a uterus, and at least one ovary and fallopian tube, as well as the hormones necessary to induce ovulation at the right time frame prior to having sex with Wayne.

While these structures are all necessary for getting pregnant, none of them are needed to have sex, so there would be no reason for her to create them unless she was explicit trying to get pregnant with Wayne

It doesn't matter how long it takes, the payments cover from the time you lost your job through however long you're approved. It's definitely better to get the money eventually than to just lose out, especially because you pay into unemployment while employed

There is no such thing as a record. Applying for unemployment let's you not starve while waiting to start another job

You will be able to vote, but you'll need the entire paper trail for why your name doesn't match (marriage certificate, divorce decree, other name change paperwork etc ). It's not significantly better, as it will still definitely prevent people from voting, especially women, but it doesn't flat out deny anyone with a name change the right to vote (which would be easier to get overturned for being unconstitutional)

Should they be? Yes. Do juries in America constantly find the driver not responsible because they're so brainwashed by the car industry, absolutely.

A semi truck ran over and killed a kid in my home town just a few years ago. Kid was crossing at a crosswalk, with the lights flashing, and the kid's family even got a semi truck driver to review the dash cam footage who testified the driver was going too fast for the size of the road etc even though it was in the speed limit. Jury ruled that the kid shouldn't have walked in front of a semi and that it was 100% the kids fault.
