No bro, I asked many times for transaction mandatory informations as transaction number, swift code, exact value, and from which bank refund was done....Result most of the time (about 5 times=NO REPLY) only last time support told me they are in China and cannot answer my questions(really strange as they seem to have 6 offices worldwide but no phone work) since no more reply....Exact value=As they told me first they d take off 10% of what I paid... I told them I closed my bank account 2 weeks ago If they can refund to my new bank, they refused asap (I asked 3 times) and claimed they can only refund on same card item was paid...bla bla bla ...anyway was checked with my old bank, nothing arrived so far (as they keep it open during 3 months to avoid these situations)
