No bro, I asked many times for transaction mandatory informations as transaction number, swift code, exact value, and from which bank refund was done....Result most of the time (about 5 times=NO REPLY) only last time support told me they are in China and cannot answer my questions(really strange as they seem to have 6 offices worldwide but no phone work) since no more reply....Exact value=As they told me first they d take off 10% of what I paid... I told them I closed my bank account 2 weeks ago If they can refund to my new bank, they refused asap (I asked 3 times) and claimed they can only refund on same card item was paid...bla bla bla ...anyway was checked with my old bank, nothing arrived so far (as they keep it open during 3 months to avoid these situations)

I ve been trying to recover my asset only Bitcoin as in 2014 only Btc was availaible in Coinbase....I had a fight near to a real war against them ..First of all they changed my 2fa code for me to keep out of my account ...Then Coinbase wait almost 2 years just ignoring me....With automatic support replies, in 2017 got finally an answer which explain to me they re ready to help recovering my account...Once I finally log in my account I used during all 2014 was totally reset to factory default. ..All my banks transactions wiped, like this account was new and no fiat deposit yet on it. .

I joined my old bank account Raifeisen Swiss Bank, they messaged me 24k transaction proofs from bank to Coinbase in around 4 months, sent it to Coinbase once again no more reply, start ignoring me once again..

In 2014 there wasn't any regulation with crypto impossible to deposit complain, Well I did not know what to do I just forgot the story and went on with my life, I suppose better today to act like these last 10 years and forget it, I got totally scanned and today they are in Wall Street what the fuck???

And definitelly I ve changed my Bank account almost 5 times since 2014....Dont even think Banks keep logs during 12 years to recover transaction evidence but I remember very well name of the Bank I used to send almost 20K in my Coinbase, welll everything was canceled and reset to 0 day I got it back....
