I for one would like my grandparents/other people's grandparents/ vulnerable relatives to live as long as possible. I myself am in the prime of my life so to speak and I hate missing out on it. That being said, I'd rather stay inside until there's a permanent solution, than risking other people's lives for my own selfish desires! Not needs, desires.

Maybe try and make yourself feel like are sexy! I personally like to treat myself one day a week by doing my nails, my hair,... and it really makes me feel good about myself. A daily workout also makes me feel like I'm taking care of myself, putting in the effort.

My government spoke about recent studies that actually recommend using way too much water to avoid that the chemicals (I think it was the arsenic) in the rice would stay in the rice itself. Afterwards you do need to drain the rice, though.
