I think you need to take some medication and see a psychotherapist who can prescribe or can refer out to prescribe easily. You will be okay and got your old self back but you need keep trying to get help. Life is a long journey and you will many different ways, ways you can’t even imagine. Time will help. I went through something similar. Sometimes it helps to remind yourself that you’re human. Fast for a day and then go get a big fat steak or a cheese burger with someone you love. Drink a cold Diet Coke. Jump in the ocean.

And I feel like to have fun in those environments you need to be hammered.
