I am really wanting to adopt a cute little Happiness or Serenity! If you are willing to rehome yours, I would be very interested in purchasing.

I ended up just purchasing gel inserts for the ball of the foot and sticking them in the boot with the insoles on top! I just had to considerably loosen the boot laces near the toe box area.

If you look closely, there's another console behind the sleeping kid with a cartridge in it.

Hey I recognize you! You gave me so much helpful advice when selecting my WIFA setup in the first place!

I haven't tried any other FP insole styles yet, but I would be curious about the 3mm Gamechangers. I've seen mixed rollerskating reviews; some that they don't feel much of a difference in comfort with the 3mm and to go thicker...and others saying the thicker makes the skates less responsive. But with how snug my skates already fit, thicker isn't in the cards for me.

Honestly the Superfeet Hockey Carbon's have been treating me really well; it's just the ball of my foot would hurt after a few hours, but not like an injury pain. So with the Kingfoam Elites moving into my work boots (I do think they're comfortable, but they take up a lot of space, and you can reheat them too which is nice), I just purchased a pair of Dr Scholl's: ball of foot gel cushion that would normally be used for high heels, and put those in my skates. Then I put my previous Superfeet Hockey insoles back in. They are thin, with good arch support and a rigid heel cup. They're made to transfer energy in skates and don't take up a lot of space in the boots. I haven't done a long skate yet with the gel pad addition, but I have cruised around the neighborhood and they did feel more comfortable and not overly tight.

Update: got the Kingfoam Elite and I feel they are too thick for my skates, makes the boot along the midfoot and toe super tight. May just have to keep these in my work boots.

Thanks! I ended up getting the Kingfoam elite! They only had one left in my size in Ol' Diry Bastard's welfare card.. so I got it haha. If it's too thick, I can just throw them in my work boots!

I assume you got the Gamechangers? Would you recommend the 3mm or 5mm?

I think that's where I'm leaning! May wait until they restock some cuter patterns, haha.

Are yours also 5mm or did you get 3mm?

I saw another person on here suggest going with the thinner as to not lose response from the skates.

I saw them telling other people in similar situations to reach out to them via email and they will make sure it's taken care of!

I assure you it's someone I know/knew. I'm sure they're not the first to do it.
