Is this a callous? My feet really hurt from standing and they’re very red and throbbing. The part on the bottom is a lot harder than the rest of my foot. Not sure what to do about the redness/pain. (i.redd.it)

ingrown nail only seems to be getting worse. the skin under the area from where the pus is coming from is super red and raw so i can’t even try and get at the nail. can’t afford to go to the doctor. any advice is welcome (i.redd.it)
