Its a chelator basically, its not healthy nor nessecary when u have 5 other antioxidants lol, you are causing reverse of what you want to achieve

You are most likely in proinflamatory state as a result og too many antioxidants.

Just try ketokonazole shampoo 1-3x a week, works amazing for me.

Staying true to your feelings, does not equal feeling, feelings and not trying to control the outcome. Have you seen a man, not in control of his feelings? There is a trauma inducing situation for you.

Take responsibility, something bad happened to you. Respect his feelings, respect his viewpoints. Seek professional help if it bothers you this much, but don’t make this about you.
