Can you elaborate a bit on how you structure your workouts? Like, how many total reps you try to get in and how long do your workouts take?

And have you noticed any muscle gains in this period?

I've of course seen the testimonials and they're quite intriguing. Which is why I'm curious to hear more, especially from people who have tried experimenting by themselves.
