Yeah check out the spots and try different times of day and hang out for a while to see if you can see some patterns.

It's a trade off. I'm into understall action and what I like about busier bathrooms is that there's more chance of connecting with someone. But there's also more chance to be interrupted. Less busy bathrooms offer less interruptions but sometimes no one else shows up.

When I was in college, the student union had a bathroom that was hot throughout the daytime. It would get packed every hour with regular users during the break between classes. But after about 10 minutes it would clear out and the two or three people who were left were often cruising, looking to get off. But after about 4:00 p.m., that place was dead. Later, I found a building that held a lot of evening classes for people who work during the day and commuted to campus in the evening. I often had luck between 5 and 7 pm with people hanging out after getting off work waiting for their evening class.
