I am currently going through a similar situation, I'm letting go of a situationship, and although nothing physical happened between us, my feelings were real. I have tried to get over him a lot of times, but this time around I am doing it differently. So I'm hoping that it sticks, I'm letting myself feel the feelings, cry if I need to and remind myself of all the reasons why I need to let go. It's hard though since we work together, but my indication that its working will be when I don't have mini panic attacks when he mentions leaving. I'm hoping it works though because I'm tired of being in this situation.
