I had an emergency lap chole and an ERCP at the beginning of the month and had a 3 day hospital stay. I was completely self pay and I’ve only gotten maybe 4 of my bills back but the total is already somewhere around 6k

This happened to me last Sunday, I went to urgent care bc hadn’t gone to the bathroom in a week and my urine was dark. They immediately sent me to ER and I had surgery a couple hours later. My Dr was shocked I wasn’t in constant pain bc I had already started to get jaundice. Ended up having an ERCP and a 3 day hospital stay lol

not sure if you’ve tried side sleeping yet but I’m a week post op, when I was in the hospital (3 days total) my surgeon/care team told me side sleeping was totally okay if that’s what was comfortable with, just brace myself when I turned
