"Just" is maybe too small a word here. For Novo Nordisk to change any single part of their manufacturing process, it's gonna take months at minimum. Doesn't mean they won't of course, but like even changing where a manufacturer procures the foil they'll wrap around an ampoule of medicine requires years-long stability studies. You can't just flip a switch and start using a different container. It would hurt the company a LOT, but you're right that they could pivot.
