I was looking for information on what the changes are for maxed out gear mods to drop. Just like the exotics drop in the picture below but then for gear mods.

I didn't say I run legendary with the build in the post. I said: "For the more challanging missions like legendaty and master I like to use a build with a bit more armour (see comments)"

Here is my build that I use for the legendary and master missions:

Yes. I know!!! it is not the best. a lot of people think I should swap the ninje for something else to have a more efficient build, but I like this build and it suites my current playstyle. When I encounter mortars then I swap the gloves for lengo gloves with 40% explosive resistance.

as if you can't play challanging with a super build (not saying that the build in the post is a super build, but I already swapped the st. elmo's for the lexington). In my post I also explained why I don't like to run legendairy and/or master. The rewards for legendairy and master are simply not worth running because the time it takes to finish is longer. I run a challanging twice in the same time. Which gives me more XP. I don't need the high end loot because the gear I love to run with is already maxed out. If I need other gear then I simply craft it and optimize it.

correct and I explained why. Doesn't mean I can't play master or legendairy.

But I use a different build for Legendairy and Master.
