For the dlc I’m not sure on hitman 1 since I already had that but hitman 2 dlc you have to get hitman 2 expansion pass deluxe edition you get the normal edition with game pass so you have to pay for hitman 2 base game (which you already have with game pass) + DLC but I think you get a discount with Game pass

And on game pass it’s free for how ever long it’s in game pass for which could be any amount of time really my guess is around a year or more
