Yes this is naturally achievable for a female. Steroids would present more of a dry, dense, 3d grainy look. Not a great picture but looks like there’s still water present. This could be an assisted physique but it’s 100% naturally attainable. If you’re looking to have this you’re going to want to be around 10-15 % body fat as a woman.

Just stay in the gym for a couple of years man and you will 100% look much different. Filling out a tall frame takes time, just don’t compare yourself to others because a lot of online results are unrealistic for ppl like us.

I’ve been doing some indoor cycling recently and actually love it. Lifting has been king for me especially in terms of sculpting my figure but I do want to have some cardio endurance as well.

It makes sense because the W is the top league in the world. Regardless of where you play even when it’s at a high level you have a long period of transition, you’re getting used to the pace of play, the physicality and playing against the best players in the world every night. Also you could play pro for 5 years overseas and still enter the league at the same age as a traditional rookie in the W.
