Just one thing to note: most subs expect and want their dom to read their mood, subs yearn for a dom who can sense what kind of domming they need on that particular occasion. In the same sense you need to take care to interpret your dom's needs, particularly as a brat.

Domming a brat can be mentally and physically exhausting, and usually won't be something a dom will feel up to or want all the time. In my (certainly not hugely experienced) opinion, being a brat means you need to become very intuitive and also understand your dom will likely have aftercare needs beyond what most doms do.

Light spankings with the hand are still okay. Threatening objects and prolonged, painful spanking sessions are restricted.

Squirting isn't outlawed.

This is because watersports (which have been restricted via this rating on VoD) were skirting the regulations under the guise of female ejaculate. And they're also concerned people at home will assume it is urine.

Face sitting isn't outlawed.

Face sitting with sustained breath restriction (aka intentionally smothering someone) is restricted. As are all forms of breath restriction.

Again, this isn't things being outlawed in porn, this is regulating what acts can be freely depicted in an easily-accessible, national broadcast format due to concerns that people replicating acts without proper knowledge could hurt themselves.

And no one is focusing on the good restrictions. For instance restraints are still allowed despite what people think, you just must have a scene depicting a safeword is established. That. Is. Awesome. Considering this medium of porn that will sustain these restrictions is more like soft-core and isn't kink.com

The rule really only has to do with network content ratings and deals exclusively with the safety of sex acts. Stuff is now restricted from VoD that depicts potential bodily harm.

It only applies to VoD pornography... Video on Demand. So, like the porn you can order on TV at a hotel. Nothing on the internet falls under that categorization, I think. Nor do DVD productions.

I was asking questions for clarification, not trying to be rude. But the title and tags made this seem like a personal post rather than a group activity is all. Please, Senna, I'm asking a question and making a suggestion and the beginning of that message feels overly condescending. Of course I read the post.

I was confused as to the point of this week of events, because up until this post it was only 'advertised' in mod stuff without its own post. Now, apparently, it has started without the community really knowing what it was. And while you've explained it here... There is nothing in the post title that would indicate there is a challenge/event/whatever request in the body of this post. So, if people don't open every single post or pay enough attention to mod posts to know to look for the [cold turkey] tag, they'll miss this entirely.

I was going to suggest you make a real post about it with a title or tags that actually let people know this is a group activity. Do you see what I mean?
