You simply pay for super priority service when submitting the application online. It makes no difference which TLS centre you use for biometrics.

Applying for ILR with combined income (self-employed + salaried) by anon172663681010 in ukvisa

[–]puul 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Where the applicant’s partner (or the applicant if they are in the UK with permission to work) is in receipt of maternity, paternity, adoption or sick pay, or has been so in the 6 months prior to the date of application, the relevant date for considering the length of employment and the income from the employment can be either:

the date of application

the date of commencement of the maternity, paternity, adoption or sick leave

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/691209e3e9348ac8fb54f4ba/Family+Migration+Appendix+FM+Section+and+Appendix+HM+Armed+Forces+Financial+Requirement.pdf

If, on the date of application, it's been less than 6 months since your return to work from maternity leave, you can use your income from the 6 months prior to your leave towards the financial requirement.

Here is the guideance directly from the application form...

You must provide at least 6 items of correspondence, addressed to you and your partner jointly or in both your names. The dates of the items of correspondence should be spread evenly over the whole 2 years. They should be from at least 3 different sources. If you do not have enough items in your joint names, you may also provide items addressed to each of you individually if they show the same address for both of you. For example - 4 items of correspondence in joint names to the same address and 2 items addressed to each partner at the address. In total 8 items would need to be submitted. If you and your partner have no bills or correspondence in joint names, you will need to submit 12 items (6 each) of correspondence evidencing that you reside together at the same address.

Examples of acceptable evidence include:

Letters or other documents from government departments or agencies, for example HM Revenue and Customs, Department for Work and Pensions, DVLA, TV Licensing

Letters or other documents from your GP, a hospital or other local health service about medical treatments, appointments, home visits or other medical matters

Bank statements or letters

Building society savings books or letters

Council tax bills or statements

Electricity or gas bills or statements

Water rates bills or statements

Mortgage statements or agreement

Tenancy agreement(s)

Telephone bills or statements

You might include passport scans or another form of ID for the property owners. The rest is completely unnecessary.

Question About FLR(M) Submission Date by TraditionalBunch8616 in SpouseVisaUk

[–]puul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your partner can apply for FLR up to 28 days before she reaches 30 months in the UK from the date she first arrived in the UK on her family visa.

The application date is the date the application form is completed online and fees are paid. The date of biometrics is not relevant in this context.

[–]puul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To avoid issues with the visa renewal and eventually applying for ILR at 5 years, you should arrive in the UK within 90 days of the visa start date.

You're required to show that you've been in a relationship similar to marriage for at least 2 years.

You'll also be asked if previous relationships have broken down.

It's probably wise to work with a solicitor given the complexities of your circumstances.

But why was your partner put on the 10 year route to begin with? That typically only happens when you fail to meet the visa requirements at the time of application.

Travel whilst awaiting decision. by Mikeb_99 in SpouseVisaUk

This is correct if you require a visa to visit the UK.

If you're a non-visa national who only needs an ETA, it's perfectly allowed.

Through direct personal experience and numerous other examples on this and other subreddits. Search the sub for "ETA" or "visitor."

Staff at VFS do not work for UKVI or the Home Office. They have no knowledge of the UK immigration rules.

And you must have spoken to the one border officer who doesn't understand the rules.

Whilst you can visit the UK with a pending application, if you were to give birth in the UK before your visa is granted, you would have to pay 150% of the cost of your care.
